Terms and conditions
Through our website, we invite you to comply with the following conditions of the service offered:
- The reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to the requested service; the information provided must be factual (passenger mobile phone number and flight arrival time and relative code);
- Payment can be made online or directly to our driver on site;
- Once you arrive at the airport you will find one of our drivers waiting for you in the “ARRIVALS” hall, holding a sign with your SURNAME.
It is the customer's responsibility to promptly contact our mobile number on +39 379 1479993 regarding any flight delays; furthermore, any special baggage must be specified in the Notes field at the time of booking (diving equipment, kitesurfing or small pets): in case of failure to communicate, our driver may refuse to carry the luggage that has not been communicated.
- Notify if child seats or booster seats are required.
- Luggage forgotten in our minibuses will be delivered at the customer's expense to the specified address;
- The service will be carried out in authorized and air-conditioned cars and minibuses for 8 passengers, where smoking and alcoholic beverages are not allowed;
- The excursions do not include admission fees, tour guides, meals and drinks.
- The service can be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the departure date; in this case any amount paid will be reimbursed to the customer. The related refund request must be sent by email to the address firstname.lastname@example.org
The Italian transport law states that all customers tranvelling on our vehicles must have made an advance reservation.
